Graduated cum laude in Law, admitted to the Italian bar, I have developed significant experience in EU law and policy in critical sectors such as energy and telco,  working both in the Institutions and in the private sector. Currently, I am Specialist for the EU Affairs in Open Fiber where I focus on analyzing the impact of EU policies and regulations for the telco business and on developing advocacy campaigns, especially, on competitiveness and sustainability issues. Since June 2024 I have been appointed vice-Chair of the FTTH Council sustainability committee with a mandate on sustainable finance.
