Eng. Shaikha Alblooshi working with Etisalat/ e& for more than 5 Years; She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering and had the opportunity to joint Etisalat/ e& as fresh graduate trainee in 2016. Joining the Engineering department – Mega project team has managed to provide her the advantage of working on some of the massive project in UAE specifically in Dubai region.  Her main role as a Mega Project engineer is to design and provide GPON network connection in Taawun and Etisalat projects. She is working with many area Developers such as Dubai South, Emaar South, Nakheel and EXPO2020.

The latest most important project which was designed be her is “EXPO2020” GPON network. She managed the Telecom Civil and Fiber network in EXPO2020 area which served all the End points in EXPO area (country pavilions …), GSM sites, small cells Antennas, WIFI equipment and lastly EXPO broadcast and media network. Network was designed in the perspective of having 0% chance of failure or GSM service distribution in the full Event area which was successfully brought as planned.  She and the Team faced some Changes while executing the work at site; specially during COVID-19/ the pandemic never the less with the management support and the safety pressures they managed to successfully complete the work on time.

Shaikha currently working to expand her experience in the field of Fiber and GPON network by working on new projects in Dubai and the other UAE regions such as Sharjah, Ajman and RAK as the most effective way to obtain the knowledge by facing new challenges and engaging with new personals.
